My name is Honey. I am a Registered Nurse working for Triple CN. I applied by asking on their facebook page how to apply for a job. I wanted something different than feel like I was just working. I sent my CV via mail and a few days later I got an interview. They sent me everything I needed on the day and had most of my paperwork. The interview was easy. Once my paperwork was in I got a few shifts. I really didn't know what to expect and most of the shifts are at private hospitals and was a little nervous about it but that was easy too. I am so glad that I have made the move to Triple CN. I get to choose my shifts so I have the right balance between work and other commitments. Thank you TripleCN for adding my to your team. I retired in April this year after 39 of years of Nursing. I had 4 months off and loved the time I did have off but I missed my nursing very much. I joined Triple CN Nursing Agency in July and its the best decision I have ever made. I have the best job in the world.I work when I choose what days and what shifts I am available to work.

"I have been the orchestrator of care for my sister, who has physical, emotional and social needs, for the last ten years. Over this time, I have engaged the services of several Community providers. On each occasion I found that it was difficult to coordinate the varied services required to meet her physical and social needs, in addition to ensuring all financial aspects of care were facilitated satisfactorily.

I continued to do my research on providers, selecting Triple CN Community Nursing and Support Services as a potential provider and commenced to engage them on a three month trial. I was very pleased to become aware that both the Director and Operations Manager of this organisation are Registered Nurses, who had previously worked in the Public Health system. In fact, most of the Management Team at Triple CN are Clinical Nurse Specialists, Registered Nurses and Endorsed Enrolled Nurses. All the Nursing and Support staff are qualified, holding a Certificate III as a minimum qualification, and this in itself gave me more confidence that Triple CN could fulfill my sister's care and support needs, and my requirements, to my satisfaction. I have exceptionally high standards when it comes to care, collaboration and service delivery, and when I found out that my sister was Triple CN's first client, I had no concerns at all.

During all touchpoints, the atmosphere has been one of inclusivity and from the beginning I was invited to participate and assist in the planning of Therese's care. I remain an active participant in any reviews, changes and updates to her plan. After reviewing all plans, I noted that there was an education procedure attached to each task, and this gave me confidence that despite Therese requiring some specialised clinical care, this would be attended by all staff, armed with the utmost skill and knowledge base.

The three month trial is now complete, my sister is exceptionally happy with the Support Workers and Nurses and has a very good repoire with all Triple CN staff, both clinical and administration. We will continue to engage Triple CN for the long term and look forward to their continued assistance in planning a vacation for Therese soon. I have extreme confidence and gratitude for the team's organisational skills. All staff practice a high standard of interpersonal communication and liaise with me promptly should I have any questions or require an evaluation of the outcomes of her care.

I believe Triple CN Community Nursing and Support Services as a provider have demonstrated the ability to ensure a full holistic approach is applied to Therese's care. This organisation meets our needs to my satisfaction, and I am extremely happy to have found this professional and caring service for my sister".
